What audio formats are available?
When you purchase titles through Kokoro Audio we believe you should OWN the product purchased. This means you will receive a mp3 copy of your title via a download link.
Additionally, you will also be able to listen to your purchased titles with our FREE listening app. The app has extra functionalities to enhance your listening experience such as, bookmarking your listening progress, sleep timer and playback speed. The app is available on iOS and Android.
Where can I listen to samples?
While every title's page has samples for the relevant titles, the best place to guage what we have to offer is through our YouTube page, https://www.youtube.com/@KokoroAudio, where we upload longer versions that start from the beginning of the story.
We believe getting to freely experience how a story starts without being too restrictive is a must for these types of audiobooks.
My download link has expired. How do I renew it?
Absolutely! Currently the site provider has a link expiry of 24 hours. However, if you have lost or misplaced your file, we can look to send you a new link to re-download it. Please note that we will be keeping track of re-download requests in cases of exploitive behaviour.
Why are all the prices in USD?
Due to the nature of other related parties (authors, publishers, voice actors or other staff members) requesting transactions in USD only, it streamlines our processes so that we can focus on providing amazing adaptations. We understand this can cause some issues for people outside of the US, which includes ourselves as we are Aussie, but we ask and appreciate your understanding.
